Configure, monitor, and refine automated reconciliation workflows in Simetrik by integrating data from banks, payment gateways, and internal systems. Maintain system accuracy and reliability across all payment flows.
What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end reconciliation processes, identifying and resolving transaction mismatches to ensure financial integrity.
- Validate that accounting records reflect actual cash movements, supporting compliance with audit standards such as SOC and Basel.
- Track fees charged by payment processors and acquirers to detect inaccuracies and prevent revenue loss.
- Build and maintain dashboards that track cash flow across payment methods and currencies, improving visibility for finance and operations teams.
- Partner with Finance, Payments, Risk, and external vendors to ensure seamless transaction processing.
- Continuously evaluate workflows to identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and efficiency gains.
Requirements
- Minimum of three years in Payment Operations, Reconciliation, or Fintech Operations roles.
- Proven experience configuring Simetrik, including rule setup, matching logic, tolerances, and data mappings.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data cleaning techniques.
- Deep understanding of payment systems, including acquiring, card networks, gateways, and settlement cycles.
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to operate independently while managing multiple reconciliation streams under minimal supervision.

- Familiarity with SQL or tools for handling large-scale datasets.
