We are seeking a Finance-focused Business Analyst for Experian Automotive who will be instrumental in delivering strategic business intelligence and performance tracking. Reporting to the Product Management VP, you will play a crucial role in enhancing organizational decision-making processes. Key Responsibilities: - Establish and track business and financial performance measurements - Support forecast cycles by gathering inputs and validating assumptions - Create dashboards delivering clear, actionable insights to leadership - Contribute to automation and process improvement initiatives - Conduct comprehensive ad hoc financial and business analyses - Collaborate across Finance, Product, and Technology teams - Document finance processes and reporting standards - Utilize advanced tools like Excel, Power BI, AWS, Tableau, and Oracle Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Data Analytics, or related field - 7+ years of experience in data analysis, finance, or business analysis - Proficiency with analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, AWS - Strong continuous improvement and process efficiency background - Expertise in analyzing large datasets Additional Information: This is a permanent remote home-based role in Costa Rica.
