Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end expansion and renewal sales processes across assigned accounts, leading multi-stakeholder engagements that span departments and use cases.
- Discover and cultivate new revenue opportunities by evaluating customer adoption patterns, identifying untapped potential, and aligning solutions with strategic business and technical needs.
- Establish and nurture relationships with executive-level stakeholders, securing support from VP and C-suite leaders to fuel pipeline development and long-term account growth.
- Collaborate closely with Solutions Managers and internal teams to shape and execute account plans that accelerate sales and deliver measurable customer success.
- Communicate the platform’s technical and business value effectively, customizing messaging for both technical users and business executives.
- Deliver reliable sales forecasts using performance metrics and pipeline insights to guide leadership and go-to-market strategy.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date Salesforce records by logging all customer interactions, opportunities, and strategic account details.
- Travel as required to support in-person customer meetings and relationship building.
