Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality service to patients, therapists, and team members
- Certification from CSCS, NASM, ACSM, or ISSA must be obtained within one year of employment start date
- Prior experience in personal fitness training
- Proven capacity to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Skill in establishing trust and positive relationships with patients
Nice to Have
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or related field with focus on kinesiology
- Previous experience working in a medical or clinical setting
