Briotix Health is hiring an Exercise Science / Exercise Physiologist / Kinesiologist / Athletic Trainer -Industrial Injury Prevention (ATC, OT, PT, PTA, COTA, CEAS)

Responsibilities

  • Deliver services on-site at a single client location in Duluth, Minnesota.
  • Build and sustain strong, professional relationships between the organization and client contacts.
  • Establish trustworthy and proactive connections with client staff members.
  • Deliver individual and group training focused on preventing workplace injuries and health issues.
  • Offer immediate care and management for work-related and personal discomforts on-site.
  • Stay current with OSHA health, safety, and first aid standards and apply them consistently.
  • Follow all procedures and protocols within the Early Discomfort Management (EDM) program.
  • Conduct Functional Employment Testing, Return to Work or Stay at Work support, Ergonomic Assessments (on-site, virtual, office, or vehicle-based), or Clinical Solutions as required by client needs.
  • Submit detailed and timely reports for all completed service activities.
  • Record all documentation accurately and promptly using the company’s web-based platform.
  • Comply with all applicable safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements at each worksite.
  • Uphold personal accountability to company policies, internal practices, and government regulations.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors or client agreements.

Compensation

Hourly Rate: $33 - $39

Other

  • Average weekly time commitment is approximately 7 hours.
  • On-site presence required 2 to 3 days per week.
  • Schedule rotates between morning and afternoon shifts Monday through Friday, within 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
  • On-site hours may shift based on client contract expectations.
  • Hourly compensation is negotiable depending on qualifications and experience.
