Responsibilities
- Deliver on-site services at a single location in Kalamazoo, MI.
- Build and sustain positive connections between the organization and client contacts.
- Develop and maintain professional and engaging relationships with client employees.
- Conduct educational and training sessions for individuals and groups on injury and illness prevention.
- Provide on-site care and management for work and non-work-related discomforts.
- Stay updated on OSHA Health and Safety practices and adhere to established OSHA First Aid standards and guidelines.
- Understand, implement, and follow all steps of the Early Discomfort Management (EDM) program.
- Offer Functional Employment Testing, Return to Work/Stay at Work Services, Ergonomic Assessments (including on-site, virtual, office, and vehicle), or Clinical Solutions based on client needs.
- Prepare detailed and timely reports for all completed services.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using the designated web-based system.
- Follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory standards for each specified worksite.
- Adhere to all company policies, practices, and government regulations.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
