Responsibilities
- Deliver services in person at a designated worksite in Redmond, Washington.
- Build and sustain strong, professional relationships with client representatives.
- Establish rapport with employees at client organizations in a respectful and engaging manner.
- Deliver individual and group training sessions on preventing workplace injuries and illnesses.
- Offer immediate on-site support for both job-related and personal physical discomforts.
- Stay current with OSHA standards for health, safety, and first aid, and apply them consistently.
- Follow all protocols and procedures within the Early Discomfort Management (EDM) framework.
- Conduct Functional Employment Testing, Return to Work evaluations, Ergonomic Assessments (onsite, virtual, office, or vehicle-based), or Clinical Interventions as required by client needs.
- Produce comprehensive and timely documentation for every service provided.
- Enter accurate records promptly into the company’s web-based reporting platform.
- Comply with all site-specific safety regulations, policies, and compliance standards.
- Uphold company policies, professional practices, and applicable government regulations.
- Complete additional tasks as directed by supervisors or client agreements.
