Responsibilities
- Deliver on-site services at a single location in Manassas, VA.
- Foster and sustain positive interactions between the company and client contacts.
- Build and maintain professional and engaging relationships with client employees.
- Conduct educational sessions and training for individuals and groups to prevent injuries and illnesses.
- Address and manage work and non-work-related discomforts on-site.
- Stay updated on OSHA Health and Safety practices and adhere to established OSHA First Aid standards and guidelines.
- Understand, apply, and follow all steps of the Early Discomfort Management (EDM) program.
- Provide Functional Employment Testing, Return to Work/Stay at Work Services, Ergonomic Assessments (including on-site, virtual, office, and vehicle), or Clinical Solutions as per client needs.
- Prepare and submit detailed and timely reports for all completed services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation using the designated web-based system.
- Comply with all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory standards specific to each worksite.
- Adhere to all company policies, practices, and government regulations.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
