RemoteVA PH is seeking a highly organized and efficient Executive Virtual Assistant to support our executive team. In this role, you will be a critical resource, managing daily tasks and projects while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
What You'll Do
- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and organize travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Conduct research and provide necessary information for meetings and decisions.
- Ensure timely follow-up on action items and pending issues.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Assist in project management tasks and ensure deadlines are met effectively.
- Perform data entry and maintain organized files and documentation.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Virtual Assistant supporting executive-level staff.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
