This fully remote role puts you at the heart of our executive search operations, where you'll juggle complex projects, orchestrate stakeholder communications, and help drive high-impact placements across industries. Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple executive search projects from kickoff to touchdown, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks
- Create and maintain razor-sharp project timelines and milestones that keep every assignment on track
- Be the communication maestro between consultants, clients, and candidates throughout the search process
- Craft comprehensive project docs, reports, and presentations that wow internal teams and clients
- Coordinate interviews and meetings across time zones with Swiss watch precision
- Keep a hawk-eye on project budgets and resource allocation to maintain profitability
- Maintain pristine candidate and client databases with ironclad data integrity
- Support business development by prepping killer proposals and pitch materials
- Coordinate due diligence and reference checking with meticulous care
- Assist with contract management and smooth onboarding for successful placements
- Provide admin support to senior consultants and managing directors as needed
- Ensure rock-solid compliance with industry regulations and company policies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, HR, or a related field
- 3-5 years of project coordination experience, ideally in professional services
- Proven track record in stakeholder management and client-facing roles
- Organizational skills that would make a Swiss army knife look disorganized
- Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with CRM systems and project management software
- Discretion level: Top Secret clearance
- Attention to detail that borders on obsessive
