Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors, clients, and suppliers at the reception desk
- Coordinate and assist guest visits and related logistics
- Prepare management-level reports and summaries
- Oversee the scheduling and maintenance of company vehicles
- Operate and manage incoming calls via the main switchboard
- Assist team members with report drafting, presentation development, and documentation tasks
- Administer communication channels and manage annual budgets for events, promotions, and visitor gifts
- Support and execute employer branding strategies while representing organizational values
- Enhance the company's image as a forward-thinking and desirable workplace through university engagements and career fairs
- Serve as a liaison to build strong internal and external relationships across departments and organizations
- Contribute to improving operational efficiency within the assigned functional area

- Promoting company’s reputation as most attractive and progressive employer (e.g. University relations, Students/Job fairs)
- Acting as an ambassador and a point of contact and build influential relationships within Continental and external parties
- He /she supports the implementation of improving the effectiveness of the organization in his/her area of responsibility
