Saira is hiring an Executive – Planning Execution (PwD)

Responsibilities

  • Support the Planning Manager in implementing production plans within defined limitations.
  • Collaborate closely with manufacturing sites to ensure daily production targets are met proportionally and with procurement to secure timely availability of required inputs.
  • Adjust production plans at the beginning of each Fortnightly Normal (FN) cycle based on demand, plant capabilities, and supply constraints for raw and packaging materials.
  • Create unit-level raw and packaging material demand forecasts from product plans and upload them into the system for procurement use.
  • Prepare and track raw and packaging material coverage at operational units, anticipate supply and consumption issues, and maintain preventive and corrective action plans.
  • Monitor production output at the level of streams, products, and packaging formats.
  • Produce and distribute daily reports to plant and planning teams for system health tracking, delivery updates, and issue logging.
  • Engage with procurement and plant teams to identify, escalate, and resolve planning-related issues.
  • Report on production outcomes and reconcile them with stock-keeping unit (SKU) variances.
  • Create, document, and share weekly, fortnightly, and monthly production performance reports across the organization.
  • Evaluate the feasibility of production plans against plant capacities, including emulsion and resin output, labor availability, and other resources.
  • Assist in defining specifications for new products, shades, or SKUs prior to their inclusion in FN-level planning.
  • Enable fulfillment of non-inventoried items and direct customer sales orders.
  • Manage priority SKUs to ensure timely supply between distribution channels and manufacturing units.
  • Coordinate supply for export requirements across international business units and plants.
  • Optimize AIG production by balancing material efficiency with production scheduling.
  • Understand real-time changes in plant production schedules, align them with demand forecasts, and serve as a liaison between manufacturing and supply chain functions.
  • Identify and execute improvement initiatives related to automation, elimination of non-value-added activities, and other developmental projects.
