Gartner, Inc. is seeking an Executive Partner to serve as a coach, content-provider, and strategic business advisor to our Executive Programs members. In this role, you will partner with colleagues to deliver tailored service solutions using Gartner's products and insights.
What You'll Do
- Manage a portfolio of 28+ members as their main advisor for technology matters and coach for professional development.
- Leverage subject matter expertise to create service solutions for members utilizing all Gartner assets.
- Provide a safe sounding board for clients to discuss ideas and contextualize Gartner insights to advance their objectives.
- Define and deliver innovative solutions by assessing member Enterprise Mission Critical Priorities (MCPs) and developing customized service plans.
- Conduct virtual briefings, including workshops, and coordinate analyst calls, roundtables, and webinars.
- Present or facilitate workshops for clients or at Gartner events.
- Build a strong partnership with Gartner’s Sales organization to ensure member engagement and renewal & growth of ExP business.
- Conduct Proof of Concepts around Gartner membership to prospects.
What We're Looking For
- 15+ years of progressive technology exposure in consulting and/or CxO roles, with knowledge of areas like AI, BI, ML, Digital Transformation, Blockchain, Big Data, and CLOUD.
- Demonstrate exposure to large end-to-end transformative initiatives having led or co-led large critical programs.
- Extensive knowledge of a CIO’s focus areas and an in-depth understanding of the IT industry, including leadership, IT operations management, strategy, trends, and use of metrics.
- Demonstrable sales and/or business development experience engaging with CXO-level executives.
