Grupo PiSA is hiring an Executive Dictamen for Hospital Admission to analyze specific cases and execute the portfolio of corporate and product projects, improvements, initiatives, and requirements for the IGMM directorate. In this role, you will ensure compliance with deadlines and budgets, and identify and mitigate risks.
What You'll Do
- Analyze and resolve cases from a list of ICDs, reviewing documentation and general product conditions to ensure the quality of the dictamen and making decisions on the case's admissibility.
- Guarantee compliance with Quality topics in the dictamen by applying guidelines outlined in the Quality Manual.
- Ensure daily follow-up on the dictamen list according to the priority of procedures to meet the stipulated Service Level for each process type.
- Apply the issuance of letters based on average amounts, agreed amounts, and average costs to guarantee claims containment.
- Ensure follow-up on hospital admission procedures by managing 100% of the list according to priority to meet Service Level, corresponding costs, and Customer Experience (NPS).
What We're Looking For
- Licenciatura degree.
- Academic background in Enfermería (Nursing).
- 1-2 years of relevant experience.
