Lear Corporation is looking for an Executive Compensation Analyst to join our compensation team. In this role, you will support the design, administration, and analysis of executive compensation programs, ensuring accurate execution and compliance while contributing to global compensation initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Administer executive compensation programs, including annual bonus and long-term incentive plans.
- Coordinate grant processing, vesting schedules, and payouts in alignment with plan documents.
- Maintain accurate records in HRIS and equity management systems.
- Conduct market benchmarking for executive roles.
- Prepare materials for Compensation Committee meetings, including proxy compensation disclosure support.
- Ensure adherence to SEC, IRS, and corporate governance requirements.
- Support internal audits and maintain documentation for compliance purposes.
- Partner with the Total Rewards and HR teams on compensation initiatives and special projects.
- Serve as a liaison with external vendors for equity administration and survey participation.
- Project manage all purchasing requests related to the role and partner with IT and Non-Prod Procurement teams.
- Partner with Accounting, Payroll, and Internal Audit teams to ensure records are fully audited.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process enhancements in compensation administration.
- Update policies and procedures annually in coordination with cross-functional teams.
- Implement lessons learned after annual processes to drive continuous improvement and efficiency.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- High attention to detail and confidentiality.
Nice to Have
- 2+ years in executive compensation or similar or related experience preferred.
- Knowledge of compensation-related laws and regulations.
- Experience with proxy disclosure and executive pay governance.
