Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a deep understanding of business priorities to effectively optimize time and prioritize commitments.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and de-block the team to ensure they are focused on mission-critical work.
- Provide white-glove support to maximize the executive team's time and focus.
- Oversee all daily operational logistics, including meal coordination and workspace preparedness.
- Proactively handle the "small things" so the leadership team can focus on the big picture.
- Support the execution of internal and external meetings.
- Manage the end-to-end setup, guest greeting, and cleanup for Board Meetings.
- Have a "seat at the table," helping track follow-ups and action items.
- Effectively develop a task management system that demonstrates visibility and maintains transparency on competing tasks and deadlines.
- Improve efficiency across the leadership team.
- Plan and organize complex travel itineraries (booking flights, hotels, transportation, etc.) with a focus on efficiency and comfort.
- Contribute to company culture by leading the logistics for team offsites, holiday parties, and other event logistics.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience supporting C-level leaders in high-growth, complex environments.
- Proactive initiative: anticipate needs before they arise.
- Extreme ownership: take immense pride in your craft, see projects through to completion, and strive for excellence in every detail.
- In-Office Champion: thrive in an in-office environment and understand the value of face-to-face partnership for high-velocity teams.
- Relationship-Oriented: build trust with private executives who may be "creatures of habit," and adjust communication style for different stakeholders.
- Versatile & Adaptable: act as a "solutions architect" for the executive team, happy to lean in wherever the team needs support, whether administrative or strategic.
- Discretion & Integrity: maintain high levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and dealing with stakeholders inside and outside of Candid Health.
- Accountability Partner: serve as a true partner to executives, tactfully remind them of various responsibilities, and keep the team aligned.

Additional Information
- The role is in-office in San Francisco with 4+ days per week in the office.
- The estimated starting annual salary range is $130,000 - $150,000 USD.
- Total compensation may include equity, sales incentives (for sales roles), and employee benefits.
