About the Role
This position will work closely with senior leaders to drive business initiatives, improve processes, and ensure alignment across departments while operating in a distributed team structure.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with executives to define and execute strategic priorities
- Manage cross-functional projects from planning to delivery
- Facilitate communication between departments and leadership
- Track performance metrics and report on key initiatives
- Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements
- Support change management efforts across the organization
- Coordinate executive calendars and prepare meeting materials
- Maintain documentation for business processes and decisions
- Assist in budget planning and financial tracking
- Act as a liaison between leadership and internal teams
- Ensure alignment of team goals with company objectives
- Drive accountability for strategic deliverables
- Conduct research and analysis to inform business decisions
- Organize and lead internal workshops and planning sessions
- Monitor industry trends to support long-term planning
- Develop frameworks for measuring organizational effectiveness
- Support talent development initiatives in coordination with leadership
- Streamline reporting structures and information flow
- Enhance decision-making through data-driven insights
- Promote a culture of transparency and collaboration
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree in business administration or related discipline
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP)
- Experience in fast-growing or startup environments
- Familiarity with OKR or goal-setting frameworks
- Background in executive operations or chief of staff roles
