Responsibilities
- Oversee intricate calendars across various time zones, optimizing meeting schedules and prioritizing key engagements.
- Schedule and manage recurring and spontaneous meetings, such as one-on-one sessions and team huddles.
- Act as the main liaison for both internal and external communications on behalf of senior executives.
- Compose, edit, and manage correspondence via email, Slack, and task platforms to ensure prompt replies and follow-through.
- Prepare for meetings by organizing agendas, documenting notes, and tracking action items to completion.
- Attend leadership and team meetings as needed to stay aligned with business priorities and key initiatives.
- Arrange domestic and international travel logistics, including flights, lodging, and detailed itineraries.
- Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive and proprietary information with professionalism.
- Assist in scheduling internal programs, onboarding events, and special projects as needed.
- Work closely with other administrative staff to support seamless cross-functional operations.
