We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to the VP of HR to serve as a critical member of our rapidly growing team. This role is a direct launchpad for future People leadership, offering the chance to directly influence how we support our people and own critical processes in our fast-paced, remote-first environment.
What You'll Do
- Support the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from ensuring seamless onboarding to managing employee transitions.
- Plan, organize, and execute company-wide and team events such as offsites and in-person and virtual gatherings.
- Draft and distribute internal communications, including company-wide newsletters and periodic updates.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within all HR systems and employee records.
- Handle key administrative tasks like I-9 verification, benefit administration, and employment verification letters.
- Proactively identify opportunities to streamline People Operations workflows, leveraging AI and other tools to automate backend processes.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in HR, People Operations, or a related area.
- A passionate, people-first mindset focused on making a real impact on a company’s most valuable asset.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and live.
- A meticulous and detail-oriented approach to your work.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to support multiple projects and teams while balancing excellence and speed.
- The ability to thrive in ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
- A resourceful and creative nature—you take initiative to get things done well the first time.
- Mature and professional discretion for handling sensitive information.

- Experience ideally within a fast-paced startup environment.
