Key Responsibilities
- Act as the central point of contact for all incoming communications to the CEO
- Orchestrate intricate schedules across multiple global time zones, including international travel and cultural engagements
- Prepare comprehensive briefing materials and maintain accurate, up-to-date records for all creative initiatives
- Nurture relationships with artists, cultural institutions, and creative collaborators worldwide
- Provide remote administrative support during frequent trips to East Asia
- Represent the organization with professionalism at industry events and cultural functions
- Monitor progress across diverse creative projects in fashion, film, music, and visual arts
- Facilitate communication between the CEO and internal teams
- Coordinate logistics with external partners, venues, and cultural organizations
- Assist in planning and executing high-caliber events
- Manage personal calendars, appointments, and household coordination as needed
- Design detailed domestic and international travel itineraries
- Handle personal errands and home management tasks with discretion
Qualifications
Required:
- Minimum of five years of executive support experience, ideally within arts, design, or cultural sectors
- Proven success in environments where presentation, protocol, and precision are paramount
- Native-level fluency in English
Preferred:
- Background in galleries, museums, design studios, or cultural foundations
- Proficiency in Korean, Mandarin, or Japanese
