Act as a trusted and highly organized partner to the Creative Director/CEO of an innovative studio at the intersection of art, fashion, and emerging technology. This role demands a discreet, resourceful professional who can seamlessly balance executive support with creative project coordination across international time zones and cultural contexts.
What You'll Do
- Manage all incoming and outgoing communications, serving as the primary point of contact for the CEO
- Coordinate complex domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and on-the-ground logistics
- Oversee scheduling for personal, professional, and creative commitments across multiple time zones
- Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and correspondence with a high level of polish and accuracy
- Track progress across concurrent creative initiatives in fashion, film, music, and visual art
- Facilitate communication between the CEO and internal teams, external collaborators, and cultural institutions
- Support event planning and represent the studio at select cultural and industry functions
- Handle personal and household management tasks with professionalism and discretion
Requirements
- Minimum of five years in executive support, ideally within arts, design, or cultural organizations
- Native-level English with strong writing, editing, and copywriting skills
- Proven experience in high-pressure, high-expectation environments with exacting standards
- Exceptional attention to detail in documentation, follow-up, and task management
- Ability to anticipate needs and resolve issues proactively
- Sophisticated interpersonal awareness and comfort navigating diverse professional and social settings
- Strong familiarity with project management tools and creative workflows
- Discretion in handling sensitive artistic and business information
