Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary contact for internal and external parties, maintaining clear and professional communication
- Prepare meeting materials such as agendas, summaries, and action item follow-ups
- Manage and prioritize executive calendars, handling sensitive scheduling with discretion
- Draft, edit, and finalize emails, documents, and reports with accuracy and clarity
- Coordinate complex travel logistics, adapting quickly to last-minute changes and resolving issues efficiently
- Support special projects by tracking deadlines, milestones, and deliverables
- Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information and uphold the highest standards of professionalism
- Monitor office resources and ensure a functional, well-equipped workspace

Qualifications
