About the Role

The Operations Executive Assistant will provide essential support to the operations team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and effective communication.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain complex calendars and schedules
  • Coordinate and prepare for meetings, including travel arrangements
  • Handle administrative tasks and projects as assigned
  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports
  • Manage expense reports and reimbursements
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers
  • Assist in the onboarding and offboarding of employees
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment
  • Organize and coordinate team events and activities
  • Manage and distribute information to the team
  • Provide backup support to other administrative staff
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial reports
  • Coordinate with the HR department for recruitment processes
  • Manage and update internal databases and systems
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations
  • Coordinate with the IT department for technical support
  • Manage and distribute mail and packages
  • Assist in the planning and execution of projects
  • Provide general administrative support to the team
  • Handle incoming calls and emails
  • Assist in the preparation of meeting agendas and minutes
  • Coordinate with the facilities management team
  • Assist in the planning and execution of team-building activities
