Responsibilities
- Manage the CCO’s calendar, ensuring focus on high-priority strategic topics
- Screen requests, coordinate communications, and structure meeting agendas
- Own preparation of executive materials: decision briefs, board presentations, leadership reviews
- Plan and manage all travel end-to-end: build the yearly travel calendar, source and coordinate complex itineraries across multiple destinations, and handle real-time changes
- Take meeting notes, document decisions, and follow through on action items across leadership meetings
- Communicate and conduct outreach on behalf of the CCO: maintain alignment and trust with senior leaders at C-level and MD level across regions, and represent him professionally via LinkedIn, email, and other channels
- Plan and run team offsites end-to-end: concept, agenda, venue, accommodation, dining, transfers, rooming lists, and vendor coordination
- Drive delivery of key commitments across the CCO’s direct reports and senior leadership
- Own end-to-end coordination of cross-functional projects: timelines, stakeholder alignment, delivery
- Maintain dashboards, task trackers, and status reports for leadership visibility
- Structure and improve internal workflows and planning processes; support cross-team coordination and information flow
