About the Role

What You'll Do

Coordinate and maintain intricate calendars to align with leadership priorities and coaching schedules. Provide dedicated administrative support to company ownership, ensuring smooth coordination of coaching activities and operational tasks.

Deliver real-time assistance during live community events by uploading resources, managing digital platforms such as Mighty Networks and WhatsApp, and facilitating communication flows. Prepare and organize all session materials, agendas, and digital assets in advance to ensure seamless delivery of programs.

Keep training content and organizational resources up to date with precision and structure. Support internal collaboration across the team by maintaining clear information channels and reinforcing operational alignment.

Identify inefficiencies in current processes and implement practical improvements to streamline workflows. Leverage artificial intelligence tools to enhance content development, editing, and administrative automation where appropriate.

Requirements

  • At least three years of experience in an executive or administrative support role
  • Proven ability to manage complex scheduling and support leadership in fast-moving environments
  • Strong command of digital collaboration tools and administrative systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote setup
  • Strong organizational abilities with a focus on accuracy and discretion
  • Basic math and logical reasoning skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with business operating systems such as EOS or comparable frameworks
  • Experience with community platforms like Mighty Networks
  • Proficiency in AI tools for content creation, editing, or workflow automation
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
  • Background in SaaS, coaching, or training organizations

Technical Stack

You’ll work with Mighty Networks, WhatsApp, and AI-powered tools for content and workflow optimization.

Work Mode

This is a full-time position requiring availability Monday through Friday between 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. CST. The role is remote and open to candidates in Colombia, Mexico, Panama, Puerto Rico, and the Philippines. A 40–50 hour workweek is expected, with scheduling flexibility to align with business demands.

Compensation

Monthly salary ranges from $1,600 to $2,000 USD, depending on experience. No equity or additional compensation components are included.
