Role Summary
This position provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to company leadership and ownership, specifically focused on enabling a high-performing coaching practice. The ideal candidate operates with precision, discretion, and initiative, ensuring all logistical, communication, and content needs are met efficiently and proactively.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and maintain complex executive calendars, ensuring optimal time management and conflict resolution
- Support ownership with administrative tasks related to coaching operations, including session preparation and follow-up
- Deliver live operational assistance during Coach Community events, including digital content uploads and platform coordination across Mighty Networks and WhatsApp
- Manage, update, and organize training materials and collateral with meticulous attention to detail
- Ensure meeting agendas, resources, and materials are prepared and accessible ahead of scheduled sessions
- Facilitate internal communication across the BGOS team to maintain alignment and execution
- Organize and maintain digital systems, documentation, and assets for long-term scalability
- Identify inefficiencies in workflows and implement practical improvements
- Apply AI-powered tools to enhance content development, editing, and administrative automation
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three years in an executive or administrative support role, preferably in fast-moving environments
- Proven experience managing calendars, digital collaboration platforms, and executive needs
- Strong command of written and spoken English
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a fully remote setting
- Solid organizational skills, sound judgment, and commitment to confidentiality
- Basic numerical and logical reasoning abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with business operating systems such as EOS or similar frameworks
- Experience with community platforms like Mighty Networks
- Proficiency in AI tools for content creation, editing, or workflow automation
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
- Background in SaaS, coaching, or training organizations
Technology Environment
The role utilizes Mighty Networks, WhatsApp, AI-driven content tools, and digital collaboration platforms to support daily operations and communication.
Work Environment
This is a full-time, remote position with availability required between 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. CST, Monday through Friday, to align with team operations. The role supports team members in Colombia, Mexico, Panama, Puerto Rico, and the Philippines, with up to 15% potential for international travel based on business needs.
Compensation
Monthly compensation ranges from $1,600 to $2,000 USD, depending on experience level. The position does not include equity or additional benefits beyond internet support.
