The Executive Assistant will serve as a key support to the CFO, ensuring seamless operations through calendar management, travel coordination, and strategic project assistance. What You'll Do
- Manage the CFO's calendar and prioritize meetings

- Design polished PowerPoint presentations
- Design polished Google Slides decks
- Create visuals using presentation tools
- Prepare agendas for meetings
- Capture meeting notes
- Structure follow-up actions from meetings
- Facilitate communication across senior leadership
- Use Microsoft Copilot to streamline tasks
- Use AI tools to analyze information
- Boost productivity across operations using AI tools
- Utilize Excel including Pivot Tables for data organization
- Utilize Excel for reporting
- Perform simple analytical tasks in Excel
- Handle a small number of personal tasks for the CFO
- Maintain discretion and professionalism when handling personal tasks

- 5+ years of experience supporting C-suite or senior finance leaders
