About the Role

BDOAU is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Reporting directly to the CFO, this role is critical in enabling efficient operation and strategic focus. You will manage a fast-paced, varied workload requiring broad coordination with stakeholders across the country.

What You'll Do

  • Provide comprehensive executive support and diary management.
  • Prepare materials and documentation for meetings.
  • Manage stakeholder communication and build strong relationships.
  • Monitor workflows and track action items.
  • Coordinate events, travel, and logistics.
  • Provide administrative and financial support.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and manage sensitive information.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or senior administrative support role.
  • Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organisation skills with the ability to prioritise and adapt to changing needs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional correspondence and stakeholder engagement.
  • A high level of professionalism, reliability, and discretion.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with initiative and a drive for continuous improvement.
  • Strong attention to detail ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
  • A collaborative and approachable style to build strong working relationships.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in a corporate or professional services environment is highly regarded.
