Teleport is looking for an Executive, Air Operations to manage the end-to-end process for air export shipments. This role ensures smooth logistics operations through precise coordination and proactive problem-solving.
What You'll Do
- Handle air export operations, including booking, cargo allocation, documentation preparation, and shipment tracking and coordination.
- Manage exceptions such as delays or customs inspections and provide effective solutions.
What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year of experience in air export operations.
- Ability to process emails and navigate systems in English.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts on a 4 days on, 2 days off schedule.
Nice to Have
- Basic spoken English skills.
