Humana is looking for an Executive Administrative Assistant (Administrative Assistant 3) to provide high-level support to three senior-level executives within our Marketing organization. You will be the central hub for administrative operations, ensuring seamless coordination and communication.
What You'll Do
- Transcribe, format, and proofread correspondence, reports, presentations, and other materials using Microsoft Office.
- Coordinate and manage all details for internal and external meetings, including logistics, catering, and remote access.
- Manage and maintain complex executive calendars and schedules, prioritizing meetings with sound judgment.
- Organize and manage travel schedules, making all necessary arrangements.
- Assist leadership with preparing presentations, reports, agendas, and responses to requests.
- Determine the proper course of action for incoming requests, calls, and correspondence.
- Anticipate administrative needs and take initiative to eliminate potential bottlenecks.
- Maintain office files, records, and filing systems, and handle mail distribution and office supplies.
- Handle the executive floor’s audio/visual needs when onsite.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience supporting multiple senior-level executives in a large, complex organization.
- Proven ability to manage calendaring, scheduling, travel planning, and expense processing simultaneously with a low error rate.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build strong working relationships with people internally and externally.
- Unwavering ability to retain confidentiality.
Nice to Have
- An Associate's or Bachelor’s Degree.
- Experience with internet research and proof-reading/editing.
- Experience using visual collaboration platforms like Lucid or Loop.

Team & Environment
You will directly support approximately three senior-level executives and report to the VP of Insurance & Portfolio Management, operating as a key part of Humana's Marketing organization.
