About the Role

Bell Canada Enterprises is looking for an Executive Account Manager to join our team in the Hamilton and Niagara region. This role is for a driven, client-focused sales professional who excels at building relationships and growing revenue within a complete advertising ecosystem. You will be responsible for creating and selling integrated advertising strategies that combine video, audio, and out-of-home media.

What You'll Do

  • Develop multi-platform sales presentations proposing advertising strategies focused on performance and measurable results.
  • Design and present compelling, data-driven proposals tailored to client business objectives using Bell Media's integrated ecosystem.
  • Promote the value of multi-platform solutions and communicate the strategic benefits of integrated campaigns.
  • Establish, maintain, and strengthen trusted relationships with new and existing clients to position Bell Media as a long-term strategic partner.
  • Identify client needs and proactively propose innovative, multi-channel, results-oriented solutions.
  • Identify and exploit new revenue opportunities in video, audio, and out-of-home sectors.
  • Maintain a consistent pipeline of prospects and convert new advertiser categories into lasting Bell Media partners.
  • Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting to proposal, negotiation, and contract closing, while ensuring rigorous Salesforce updates.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and reports to effectively support revenue planning.

What We're Looking For

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in advertising sales, ideally within digital media.
  • A demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and developing new business.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong understanding of the integrated media ecosystem (video, audio, OOH).
  • The ability to build lasting, trusted relationships with clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Salesforce.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong personal motivation, keen organization, and attention to detail.
