What You'll Do
- Respond professionally to customer inquiries and complaints via phone and email.
- Provide accurate information about properties, amenities, and leasing options.
- Assist customers in navigating online platforms and resolving technical issues.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and recommend actions.
