Media Cause is hiring an Evergreen Opening: Account Management/Client Success (Multiple Levels)

Responsibilities

  • Oversee client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to meet client objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality services.
  • Monitor and analyze client performance metrics.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage client budgets and ensure financial targets are met.
  • Conduct client onboarding and training sessions.
  • Resolve client issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
  • Contribute to the development of client success strategies.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and communications.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to support business development efforts.
  • Ensure client data is accurate and up-to-date in the CRM system.
  • Provide feedback to improve client services and processes.
  • Assist in the creation of client success case studies and testimonials.
  • Support the development of client success metrics and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create client-focused content.
  • Facilitate client feedback and satisfaction surveys.
