About the Role
This role is responsible for managing end-to-end logistics and strategy for participation in major technology trade shows, driving brand visibility and engagement through effective planning, vendor coordination, and team leadership during event cycles.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of global technology trade shows
- Develop event strategies aligned with marketing and business objectives
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to define goals and success metrics
- Manage event timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Oversee booth design, build-out, and on-site logistics
- Liaise with external vendors including contractors, designers, and AV providers
- Ensure compliance with venue regulations and safety standards
- Supervise shipment and handling of event materials
- Train and support event staff and representatives
- Monitor on-site operations during events for performance and engagement
- Collect and analyze post-event data for reporting and optimization
- Maintain documentation for event processes and lessons learned
- Support integration of digital and hybrid event components
- Collaborate with marketing teams on promotional campaigns
- Manage inventory of reusable event assets
- Coordinate travel and accommodations for event teams
- Address on-site issues promptly and professionally
- Ensure brand consistency across all event touchpoints
- Develop risk mitigation plans for potential disruptions
- Stay current with industry trends in event technology and formats

What You’ll Do
