Responsibilities
- Ensure clear structures and workflows to make DataGuard the “Best Place to Work”
- Serve as first point of contact for day to day operations & office issues, including routine inspection rounds, facility management, supply ordering, deliveries, and catering
- Support office expansion and relocation projects
- Plan and execute empowering team events on and off-site
- Maintain and foster a high-performing, innovative, appreciative, empowering, joyful, caring, and on-site culture in the Workplace Operations team
- Bring in ideas for AI powered tools and automation to simplify workplace operations, improve processes, and create smarter, more efficient workflows
Requirements
- Organisational talent, ability to work under pressure and a quick learning ability
- Fluency in German and English to liaise with colleagues, customers and suppliers on a professional level
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- High level of professionalism
- Proactive and strong communication skills
