Requirements
- 4-7+ years in events marketing or experiential marketing in B2B SaaS, enterprise technology, or healthcare.
- Demonstrated experience executing a high-volume portfolio of events, with particular strength in conference and trade show execution at scale — booth management, sponsorships, ancillary programming, and onsite operations.
- Strong project management and cross-functional orchestration skills; ability to mobilize stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and keep complex programs moving without dropping details.
- Experience managing event budgets (six figures+) and vendor relationships.
- Strong communicator with executive presence; comfortable engaging with healthcare executives and operating in high-visibility settings.
- Ability to operate with intensity in a fast-moving environment — driving alignment, decisions, and execution simultaneously.
Nice to Have
- Experience in healthcare, health IT, or clinical AI; familiarity with the healthcare conference landscape (HIMSS, HLTH, Becker's, Epic UGM).
- Experience with event attribution and pipeline reporting; comfort with CRM-based measurement.
- Proficiency with tools such as Asana, Notion, Hubspot, and Slack.
