As the Events Manager, you will shape and deliver SentiLink’s field marketing strategy, creating powerful event experiences that generate pipeline and strengthen engagement across the fraud, identity, and financial services sectors. You'll lead end-to-end planning and execution of industry conferences, regional roadshows, and partner-driven activations, ensuring each event aligns with business goals and delivers measurable outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Develop and manage the full lifecycle of field marketing events, from concept to post-event analysis, including conferences, hosted gatherings, and multi-city roadshows
- Identify key markets and plan targeted roadshow tours, overseeing venue selection, audience outreach, partner collaboration, and local promotion
- Work closely with Sales to prioritize regions and accounts, driving event attendance and generating qualified meetings
- Coordinate logistics, vendors, booth design, content, and onsite operations to ensure seamless execution
- Create engaging, brand-forward event experiences that position SentiLink as a thought leader
- Track pipeline contribution, conversion rates, and ROI, using insights to refine future programs
- Manage event budgets carefully, optimizing spend while maximizing impact
- Collaborate with Product Marketing and Growth teams to align messaging and campaign integration
- Support broader demand initiatives such as webinars and content campaigns when needed
- Build lasting relationships with partners, industry groups, and event suppliers
Requirements
- 4–7 years of field marketing or events experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or financial services
- Demonstrated success delivering events or roadshows that contribute to pipeline and revenue
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-location event programs
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple timelines concurrently
- Experience working directly with sales teams to support meeting generation and pipeline goals
- High attention to detail and a self-driven approach to execution
- Creative mindset with a commitment to quality and brand consistency
- Adaptability in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
- Willingness to travel 30–40% for events and on-site support
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and reside within the U.S.
