Rwazi, Inc. is looking for an Events Lead (Monetization) to own event-driven demand generation. This role treats events as revenue-generating infrastructure, creating pipeline through owned experiences and executive gatherings.
What You'll Do
- Design revenue-focused events.
- Generate qualified pipeline from events.
- Manage event-to-opportunity conversion.
- Build recurring event frameworks.
- Plan executive roundtables and industry sessions.
- Partner with Sales Directors on event strategy.
- Track event-attributed revenue.
- Optimize event ROI and conversion metrics.

This role is part of the Monetization team and reports to the Partnerships Manager.
