Event Support Specialist (Contract)Remote within the United States | Full-Time Hourly | Travel Required: November 28 – December 5
Role Overview
This remote position supports the planning and execution of major corporate events through seamless registration management and attendee communication. As an integral part of the Event Technology & Registration team, you’ll ensure smooth participant experiences by handling inquiries, processing registration changes, and coordinating lodging details. You will act as a trusted point of contact for attendees and clients, resolving issues promptly and maintaining clear, professional communication throughout.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming attendee inquiries via email and phone, providing accurate and timely responses
- Process registration updates, including ticket transfers, cancellations, and new enrollments
- Update and track hotel reservations and special accommodations
- Communicate effectively with attendees, clients, and third-party vendors
- Support event managers with onboarding and training new team members
- Assist in collecting and organizing attendee data such as accessibility needs and meal preferences
- Act as a liaison for technical platform issues between participants and event leadership
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
- Travel onsite for one week annually to support event operations
- Complete assigned tasks under the direction of project managers
Qualifications
- Proven experience in events, hospitality, or group meeting coordination

- Ability to learn and navigate digital registration and reporting platforms

Technology & Tools
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, event registration systems, and reporting software is essential. Training will be provided on proprietary platforms.
Work Environment
This is a temporary contract role with potential for extension or conversion. The team values collaboration, innovation, and adaptability. Work hours offer flexibility, though availability during business hours may be required. The role is remote within the U.S., with one mandatory week of onsite support.
Compensation & Benefits
