At Philips, a global health technology company, we are looking for an Event Planning Coordinator to join our Global Market Enablement Structural Heart Medical Education team. In this remote role, you will be responsible for managing logistics end-to-end for 40+ customer and employee-facing education programs annually, ranging from 1 to 100 attendees.
What You'll Do
- Manage logistics end-to-end for all training and education events, including event registration website build, attendee management, scheduling, staffing, transportation, accommodations, supporting materials, equipment/audio-visual support, facility arrangements, budget tracking, vendor management, contracts, transparency reporting, expense reconciliation, PO creation, and post-event metrics.
- Define, create and update process and protocol documents for pre-event planning, event execution, and post-event engagement for all events.
- Drive and execute protocol for all events by scheduling pre-event meetings with stakeholders, providing day-of troubleshooting and flawless execution, and driving after-action reports to refine processes.
- Maintain all internal and external event calendars, rosters, and attendee communications, ensuring all event requirements are met.
- Manage, document, and track all invoicing and spend for education activities, including monthly budget reconciliation and tracking of honorarium, facility, audio visual, food & beverage, transportation, content development, and shipping costs.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in the meeting/events industry or other relevant experience.
- Ability to successfully perform minimum Physical, Cognitive, and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation.
- Willing and able to travel to support onsite event logistics or attend team meetings 15% of your time.

- Pay ranges vary by state: $70,000-$112,000 in AZ, AR, ID, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MS, MO, NE, NM, OK, SC, SD, TN, UT, WV; $74,000-$118,000 in AL, CO, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, MI, MN, NV, NH, NC, ND, OH, OR, PA, TX, VT, VA, WI, WY; $77,000-$124,000 in AK, DE, MD, NY, RI, WA; $83,000-$133,000 in CA, CT, DC, MA, NJ
