Requirements
- Experience in events and have successfully organized various types of events (tradeshow sponsorships, dinners, customer events, webinars, etc)
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills including effective multi-tasking and the ability to prioritize and self-manage
- Strong budgeting skills to develop, track, analyze and manage event program budgets
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently with initiative and common sense to identify problems and provide solutions to achieve desired outcomes
- Experience using martech tools to report on events (Hubspot, Salesforce, attribution software)
- The ability to work independently and be a self-starter with a desire to test new, out-of-the-box ideas
- The ability to join us in our Toronto office (3 days per week)
Nice to Have
- At least 3+ years of experience in events or working on a marketing team in B2B SaaS
- You're proud of events you've produced in your career, and have quantifiable results to show for it

- This role requires the ability to travel up to 20% the time, including domestic and international locations. Candidates must possess a valid passport (or be able to obtain one) and meet all legal requirements for international travel.
- This is a backfill position for our Marketing Team based out of our downtown Toronto office, at King and Spadina. Our team works in the office 3x per week or as needed to promote collaboration
