Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow a network of vendors by evaluating market demands, storage capabilities, financial implications, and performance metrics to identify top-tier partners.
  • Oversee vendor procurement, including issuing requests for proposals, negotiating contracts, and managing onboarding processes.
  • Guide vendor teams to effectively manage daily operations, defined roles, workflows, documentation, space efficiency, asset upkeep, inventory storage, transportation, shipment tracking, and use of business management software.
  • Ensure compliance with company-wide event logistics standards and operational expectations.
  • Designate local vendors as regional contacts to streamline internal and external coordination and strengthen stakeholder integration.
  • Support alignment between regional, national, and global operational goals through coordinated planning and execution.
  • Document and uphold company standards via regular market audits, site visits, photo documentation, performance scorecards, data analysis, stakeholder feedback, and training sessions.
  • Generate and interpret reports to assess local vendor performance, regional requirements, and cost efficiency relative to event volume.
  • Optimize resource allocation and service coverage at the market level to ensure operational effectiveness.
  • Provide leadership with data-driven insights on marketing logistics performance, including business status, key results, potential risks, and areas for enhancement.
  • Foster strong, collaborative relationships with both vendor partners and internal teams.
  • Develop unified, efficient working models that promote genuine partnership and shared accountability.
  • Manage and monitor point-of-sale requirements across the region by analyzing data, gathering feedback, processing monthly orders, and contributing to annual strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with Legal and Risk departments to proactively identify, evaluate, and reduce legal, financial, and operational risks through compliance and planning.
  • Maintain and oversee all vendor master service agreements and insurance documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Track, manage, and reconcile vendor invoices to ensure timely payments, correct budget coding, and adherence to departmental guidelines.

Compensation

The base salary range for this role is $70,000 - $104,400, plus eligibility for cash incentives.

The Media Technologies Engineer will work under the direction of the Manager of Media Technologies, supporting the Red Bull Media House (RBMH) infrastructure and post-production operations. This position is part of the enterprise IT department and will collaborate closely with both the IT infrastructure team and RBMH teams.The Media Technologies Engineer will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and deploying 24/7 post-production media systems that provide secure, highly available editing and finishing workflows. These systems include shared storage, media asset management, ingest and transcoding services, non-linear editing (NLE) applications, and archiving/backup platforms.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with modern post-production workflows in both on-premises and cloud-connected environments.
