Job Description B2B PARTNER MANAGEMENT Lead and develop the vendor network to secure the best partners by assessing market needs, warehouse capacity, financial impact, and performance; manage vendor selection, RFPs, contract negotiations, and onboarding. Coach and empower the vendor network to properly manage overall operations, roles, and responsibilities, including processes, manuals, space optimization, asset quality control and maintenance, storage, deliveries, tracking, and business enterprise software tools, ensuring that RBNA Event Logistics standards are met. Establish local vendor partners as regional points of contact both internally and externally, ensuring smooth relationships and integration with key stakeholders, and effective collaboration across regional, national, and global objectives. Maintain and document Red Bull standards, expectations, and evaluations through ongoing market visits, including audits, photographs, scorecards, analytics, feedback, and meetings/trainings with key stakeholders. DRIVE BUSINESS INITIATIVES Proactively run reports, analyze data, and evaluate the local vendor landscape, local needs, and cost relative to event volume to ensure that market-level resources and coverage are optimized. Collaborate with regional partners by providing leadership with executive-ready insights on marketing operations performance, including the state of the business, key achievements, emerging risks, and opportunities for improvement. Build strong relationships with vendor partners and internal stakeholders, and establish aligned, effective ways of working that support a true partnership. Own and track local point-of-sale (POS) needs by market across the entire region through data analysis, internal and external feedback, monthly ordering and tracking, and strategic annual business planning. Partner with Legal and Risk teams to identify, assess, and mitigate legal, financial, and operational risks through proactive planning and compliance oversight; proactively manage, track, and maintain all vendor partner master services agreements and insurance policies. Manage and reconcile vendor partner invoices to ensure timely payment by actively requesting missing invoices, ensuring appropriate budget codes are used, and tracking in accordance with event logistics department standards. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in large-scale marketing operations, with proven knowledge of event logistics, warehousing, and transportation. Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to lead planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and status reporting. Exceptional ability to balance and influence complex internal and external stakeholder groups with tact, trust, sound judgment, and efficiency. Highly skilled in analyzing data sets and strategically balancing business needs against costs. Strong critical thinking and negotiation skills, with the ability to make informed decisions that support business objectives. Excellent written, organizational, and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to and lead groups. Consistently embody and represent the Red Bull brand and its values. The Media Technologies Engineer will work under the direction of the Manager of Media Technologies, supporting the Red Bull Media House (RBMH) infrastructure and post-production operations. This position is part of the enterprise IT department and will collaborate closely with both the IT infrastructure team and RBMH teams.The Media Technologies Engineer will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and deploying 24/7 post-production media systems that provide secure, highly available editing and finishing workflows. These systems include shared storage, media asset management, ingest and transcoding services, non-linear editing (NLE) applications, and archiving/backup platforms.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with modern post-production workflows in both on-premises and cloud-connected environments.
