What You'll Do
Coordinate company-wide events by securing venues, managing vendor relationships, and overseeing all logistical details from setup to cleanup. You’ll proactively identify challenges and implement solutions to ensure smooth execution. In addition, provide consistent administrative support to leadership, including managing calendars, handling correspondence, and organizing schedules with precision.
Travel will be required to support events, though day-to-day operations are fully remote. Your ability to stay organized and communicate clearly will be essential in maintaining efficiency across multiple projects.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- High school diploma with a GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Ownership of a Mac computer and strong proficiency with iOS, macOS, and iWork
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, confident demeanor
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in administrative roles is a plus, though not required. Familiarity with event planning processes will help you succeed quickly.

Work Mode
This is a fully remote position open to applicants globally. Occasional travel is mandatory to support in-person events. You must be authorized to work in the U.S. and pass a background check.
