WOO X is looking for an Event & Campaign Specialist to plan and execute data-driven events and campaigns that increase user acquisition, deposits, and trading volume on our global exchange. You will design trust-building promotions for both retail and institutional users, leveraging our industry-leading regulatory compliance.
What You'll Do
- Plan and execute customized local campaigns and promotions for B2B and B2C segments, reflecting client needs and market trends.
- Focus on improving key metrics, especially deposit growth and trading volume conversion rates.
- Monitor campaign performance data and periodically optimize event content based on derived insights to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure smooth event launches.
What We're Looking For
- Strong data analysis skills to interpret user behavior data and improve operational strategy.
- Native Korean language proficiency for effective local campaign execution.
- Proactive problem-solving ability, high ownership, and a results-oriented mindset.
Nice to Have
- Practical experience in event/campaign planning and operations within the crypto, Web3, or fintech industry.
- Ability to communicate in English or Chinese.
- Deep understanding of crypto trading behavior patterns and exchange promotion mechanisms.
- Experience scaling a platform with large user traffic and trading volume.
