Responsibilities
- Gather marketing and customer insights research produced by Marketing and Evaluation teams
- Produce a summary document outlining key research topics and identifying areas needing further study
- Analyze customer surveys and existing literature to suggest improvements for future research initiatives
- Define scope and structure qualitative research projects to address identified gaps and questions
- Learn to navigate and use the organization’s survey data systems
- Carry out data analysis using descriptive statistics, trend analysis over time, regression models, and geographic mapping
- Examine patterns in program participation, awareness, and outcomes across regions, demographics, and community types
- Prepare research summaries in formats such as memos, infographics, brief reports, or slide decks
- Participate in regular team check-ins, virtual all-staff meetings, and in-person quarterly gatherings
- Share findings and deliverables with Evaluation and Marketing team members
- Work with Communications, Marketing, Brand, and Web teams to shape public reports and materials
- Complete additional tasks related to the role as directed
