Core is looking for an EUC Engineer to join our team and deliver high-quality technical solutions for our Managed Services customers. In this role, you'll apply your deep expertise in End User Computing to onboard and support cloud and hybrid deployments, primarily through Microsoft Modern Workplace technologies like Endpoint Manager. You will be responsible for creating scalable, long-term solutions and act as a crucial link between support engineers and senior technical architects.
What You'll Do
- Deliver high-quality technical end-user device solutions to Core's Managed Services customers.
- Onboard and support cloud and hybrid deployments using Microsoft Modern Workplace technologies, with a primary focus on Endpoint Manager (Intune, SCCM, Autopilot).
- Design and implement long-term, scalable solutions rather than temporary workarounds.
- Create thorough documentation and maintain well-defined processes.
- Serve as a vital link between support engineers and senior technical architects.
What We're Looking For
- At least 3 years of experience in a 3rd line or equivalent technical support role.
- Strong technical experience in the cloud services sector and excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and analyze to improve end-user technology environments.
- Expertise in Microsoft technologies: Windows 10 and 11, Endpoint Manager (Intune, ConfigMgr, Autopilot), Microsoft Azure/Azure AD, and Microsoft 365.
- Experience managing devices for Apple (iOS/macOS) and Android.
- Deep understanding of Windows desktop client management.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.
- Basic understanding of networking technologies and principles.
- Ability to multitask, perform well under pressure, and strong time management and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Incident, Problem, and Change Management in a complex environment.
- Microsoft certifications or willingness to obtain: MS-102, MD-102, AZ-104, SC-900, AZ-140.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Microsoft security products.
- ITIL v3 or v4 certification.
- Experience with AVD and Windows 365 technologies.
- Previous experience supporting multiple customers in an international environment.
