Responsibilities
- Lead client onboarding workflows to meet scheduled timelines and deliver consistent support.
- Collect required documentation, clarify client decisions, and define implementation strategies for assigned projects.
- Collaborate with sales teams during customer meetings to assess existing revenue practices and align them with platform capabilities.
- Participate in weekly client-facing video conferences, averaging between 7 to 10 sessions.
- Help sales representatives resolve technical or strategic challenges related to client-specific revenue models.
- Partner with sales to determine which platform features are most relevant for prospective clients’ needs.
- Deliver continuous revenue strategy guidance to enterprise-level customers.
- Remain accessible for discussions on revenue planning, new feature integration, and platform optimization.
- Develop educational materials focused on revenue management methodologies and best practices.
- Advance industry knowledge by introducing novel approaches and positioning the company as a leader in revenue strategy.
- Produce instructional content explaining how to effectively use and deploy platform functionalities.
- Engage in public industry forums such as webinars to promote broader understanding of revenue management.
- Support product evolution by contributing ideas and feature concepts that maintain leadership in revenue technology.
