Responsibilities
- Manage daily production support for essential foreign exchange trading platforms
- Track system performance, handle capacity planning, and quickly resolve technical incidents
- Lead change control processes, including coordination, timing, and deployment of system updates
- Work closely with development, business analysis, and infrastructure groups to improve system efficiency, reliability, and speed
- Create automated scripts and tools to streamline operational workflows
- Assume end-to-end responsibility for designated systems, serving as the primary technical expert
- Join a rotating on-call schedule and support occasional weekend deployments
