The Ethereum Foundation is hiring a Developer Tooling Coordinator to enhance the developer experience across the Ethereum ecosystem. In this role, you will focus on understanding the needs of developers, coordinating between tooling projects, and helping to streamline the development process.
What You'll Do
- Identify and analyze gaps in the Ethereum developer tooling landscape
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between different tooling teams and projects
- Gather and synthesize feedback from the developer community to guide improvements
- Help coordinate resources and support for key tooling initiatives
- Document and evangelize best practices for using Ethereum development tools
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience working within or closely with developer communities
- Strong understanding of Ethereum, smart contracts, and the development lifecycle
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, with a talent for connecting people and projects
- Ability to translate developer pain points into actionable insights
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a decentralized, globally distributed environment
