United Placement Group is looking for an Estate Planning Attorney to join our collaborative network of like-minded professionals. In this role, you will focus on estate planning and business formation, conducting virtual consultations and expanding your practice with our provided client base and back-office support.

What You'll Do

Draft comprehensive estate plans for a diverse client base.
Conduct client meetings via virtual platforms.
Handle a wide range of client needs, including probate avoidance, asset protection, business formation, succession planning, taxation, Medicaid-related issues, and special needs planning.

What We're Looking For

Active State Bar membership in good standing.
Minimum of 3 years drafting estate plans.
Prior private practice experience.
Must reside in Kansas.
Proficient with Microsoft products and CRM systems.
Skilled in virtual communication.
Must carry professional liability insurance.
Practice focused on estate planning and business formation.

Nice to Have

Experience with asset protection irrevocable trusts.
Knowledge in special needs, real estate, elder law, and taxation.
Prior business formation experience.
Additional state bar admissions.
Bilingual skills.
