Requirements
- Enrollment in or completion of a Master’s program in Ethics, Computer Science, Data Science, Philosophy, or a related discipline; Master’s or Ph.D. candidates are strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated background in AI ethics, policy formulation, or similar domains, with solid knowledge of artificial intelligence systems.
- Proficiency in ethical models, AI oversight structures, and practices promoting responsible AI development.
- Highly developed analytical capabilities with a proven ability to navigate intricate ethical dilemmas.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, particularly in converting ethical concepts into practical policy guidance.
- Knowledge of international AI regulatory frameworks and widely recognized industry benchmarks such as the EU AI Act and IEEE standards.
- Familiarity with core technical aspects including machine learning methods, data protection principles, strategies for reducing bias, and algorithmic explainability.
- Strong commitment to ethical AI development and advancing technological innovation that supports societal well-being.
- Capable of working autonomously as well as within interdisciplinary teams.
- Skilled in identifying issues, solving problems efficiently, and maintaining precision in work output.

- Currently enrolled or recently graduated from a Master’s in Ethics, Computer Science, Data Science, Philosophy, or a related field required; Master’s or Ph.D. preferred. Master’s program enrollment or completion is mandatory.
