Responsibilities
- Build and sustain relationships with external stakeholders such as NGOs, community groups, and program participants.
- Design and carry out community initiatives that support social impact objectives and global sustainability frameworks.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure programs reflect organizational priorities and ESG strategies.
- Organize and manage community events, workshops, and outreach efforts to strengthen engagement.
- Act as the main liaison for community partners, conveying program goals and organizational messaging clearly.
- Gather and assess feedback from stakeholders to refine and enhance program effectiveness.
- Monitor program outcomes, generate performance reports, and distribute findings to relevant parties.
- Promote organizational values by advancing equity, inclusion, and ethical practices in all interactions.
Requirements
- Enrolled in or recently completed a Master’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.
- Prior experience in community outreach, stakeholder coordination, or similar positions.
- Familiarity with ESG concepts, the UN Sustainable Development Goals, and social impact measurement frameworks.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building capabilities.
- Solid project management, organizational, and analytical skills, including experience with impact tracking tools.
- Committed to inclusivity, community development, and driving meaningful societal change.
- Capable of working autonomously in remote or hybrid environments while engaging cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Strong attention to detail and effective problem-solving abilities.
